Being able to build rapport and connect with both the student and parent is vital. Using good communication will help to form trust and respect.
If your application is successful, you will need to obtain the following: ABN, WWCC, willing to commit to their student for at least 6 months.

Where do lessons take place?
Gliss Music School is a mobile tuition business, meaning our tutors provide services in the students' homes. You have the ability to apply to student jobs close to you.
How many students will I have?
Depending on the demand in your area, you may tutor 3-5 students a week. This can be adjusted to suit your schedule.
Can I become a tutor if I'm under 18?
No, all Gliss Music School tutor applicants must be 18+ years old. You are welcome to apply for a job once you have graduated high school and are ready to be guided by us.
How will GMS support me?
When you become a tutor, you will have induction training and ongoing support to guide you. You can email us if you have any questions or additional needs.
How do payments work?
Clients are issued invoices by our admin staff, and then we pay you online once a fortnight via bank transfer.
How is being a tutor at a music school better than being a private tutor?
We gather clientele for you, we take care of the payments from parents, we give you credibility, and we provide great pay.
